McLeod Contracting & Design is a growing design-build residential and commercial contractor seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to lead projects from preconstruction through final completion.

What You'll Do
What You'll Do
As a Project Manager, you'll oversee multiple residential construction projects from preconstruction through final completion while ensuring every project reflects the quality and reputation of McLeod Contracting & Design.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Manage high-end residential remodeling, additions, and custom construction projects from start to finish
- Develop and maintain project schedules that keep work moving efficiently
- Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, inspectors, and internal team members
- Conduct regular jobsite visits to ensure quality workmanship and adherence to company standards
- Review construction drawings, specifications, and scopes of work
- Manage project budgets, change orders, and cost tracking
- Obtain permits and coordinate inspections
- Communicate proactively with homeowners throughout every phase of construction
- Anticipate challenges and solve problems before they impact schedule or budget
- Maintain organized project documentation and daily project updates
- Ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the highest level of quality
What We're Looking For

Qualifications
- 5+ years of construction project management experience
- Experience managing high-end residential remodels and additions preferred
- Strong knowledge of residential construction methods and Florida building codes
- Ability to read and interpret construction plans and specifications
- Experience managing project budgets, schedules, and subcontractors
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)
- Experience with Buildertrend, CoConstruct, Procore, or similar project management software is a plus
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
